- Achieved a 5-star taste evaluation.
- Cheese quantity was highly praised.
- Some consumers found the pesto flavor chewy, while others couldn’t distinctly taste it. However, its overall taste was considered balanced.
Overall Summary:
In the overall comparison, Mushroom & Pesto Pizza and Four Cheese Pizza secured closely matched rankings and were more favored than the Vegetable Pizza, which in turn was preferred over the Chicken Pizza.
Aspect-wise, most pizzas performed well on criteria like ‘Overall Shape’, ‘Size of the Pizza’, and ‘Sauce Flavor’. However, there were disparities in areas like ‘Cheese Quantity’, ‘Ingredients Quality’, and ‘After-taste’.
Recommendations:
Based on the findings, Sapience recommended:
- Enhancing the chicken flavor in the Chicken Pizza variant.
- Increasing the cheese quantity in the Four Cheese Pizza to meet consumer expectations.
- Offering more clarity or enhancing the pesto flavor in the Mushroom & Pesto Pizza.
